First discovered The George's, tucked away at the top of the town, several years ago. It became our go to place for a special meal whenever we were in Pembrokeshire. Then it stopped opening in the evening, but delighted to find that they have now started to open on one evening. You would be well advised to book! Great food and great service. Interesting shop at the back, selling crafts and new-age products. Always worth a browse, although I rarely buy anything!
A combination of gift shop and cafe, with a cosy and interesting ambience. Booking is advised, although not always necessary. The food is very good, if perhaps a little pricey. The hot chocolate with all the trimmings is a must on a chilly day. This is a good place to meet up with friends, with space upstairs and a large group table if you want to book a special meal. Closest parking is a pay and display at St Thomas Green, or you may be lucky to find limited on-street parking nearby.

A brilliant health food shop with good selection of products, fair prices, specialist brewing equipment and expertise, and friendly staff. There is also a health clinic onsite offering several holistic treatment modalities such as osteopathy, nutrition and more.
A very nice health shop which also offers many treatments such as massage and lots more specialist natural treatments and therapies. Really friendly knowledgeable staff and a great selection of dried herbs and teas. Well worth a look

The Neem Cream with Tumeric works wonders for many skin allergic reactions such as rashes and hives. We've been using the seller for over 10 years. Delivery is occasionally rather slow but when our package was once lost (by the delivery company) Neem People dispatched a new one without qualm.

Went to store today (29.7.18) at 10.30am when it opened. Ladies toilets. 1 of 3 cubicles and wash basin out of order and had been like that at least a couple of days. One of the 2 remaining toilets had no loo paper and obviously had not been cleaned. Another time got in early wanting tea cake and not got any until delivery!! Often found cafe needed cleaning or more staff on tills.
Lovely shop very friendly helpful staff nice bright cafe. Could do with more parking places at this centre.
