Roy Folland and Son Funeral Directors showed compassion, understanding and professionalism throughout our interactions with them after the loss of our dear mum, from the initial contact telling me that mum was now with them, through the visits and meetings we had there, and up to and beyond the funeral service. I gained comfort knowing that mum was with them and I would not have changed a thing that was done. They responded quickly to messages and catered to the requests of mum and the family. I cannot thank them them enough for their support during this very difficult time.
